IEMT-EMAP 2016 has 1st marked notable attendance record with more than 450 participants from Malaysia and worldwide. Nothing ventured, nothing gained, “Kudos!” to the team working hand-in-hand under great leadership for making the event a distinguished difference and remarkable success. So, what’s next? The not-to-be-missed post-mortem meeting was held back to mid of Feb’ 2017 to allow committee members from varied portfolios to constructively provide their perspectives on the event, including major successes, critical challenges and continuous improvement using Start-Stop-Continue technique. The meeting emphasized more on the possible opportunities based on team inputs and survey feedback as provided by the participants. The main aim is that the key learnings can button these up for future conference. Lastly, the meeting was officially concluded with announcement on next IEMT2018 hosted by Infineon team. We are looking forward to seeing you next year in Malacca!!
